CHOCOLATE MINT SAUCE | |
6 oz. Junior Mints (two 3 oz. pkgs.) 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. milk 1. In microwave bowl, combine all ingredients. Cook on high 1 to 1 1/2minutes or until mixture is hot. Stir until sauce is smooth OR combine ingredients in small saucepan and stir over low heat until smooth. 2. Serve warm as a sauce for ice cream, banana splits and sundaes or on cake slices with fruit. Makes about 2/3 cup. NOTE: Recipe may be doubled; increase microwave time to 2 1/2 minutes. (Blackwood) |
