NACHOS BELLEGRANDO 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans
4 c. shredded lettuce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. Cheddar grated cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack grated cheese
Old El Paso med. or hot salsa
1 (8 oz.) sour cram or Kraft Ranch dressing
1 big bag of Nacho or Tortilla chips
1 tomato

Brown ground beef in skillet and drain well. Mix in taco seasoning as directed on back of package. Crunch Nacho or Tortilla chips and place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish, just covering bottom of pan. Heat refried beans. Sprinkle salsa over top with grated cheese. Put it in the oven to just melt the cheese. Sprinkle lettuce and chopped tomato over the top. Put a dollop of sour cream on top and serve with ranch dressing (optional). To melt cheese - 350 degrees. 6 servings.
