FROSTY FRUIT SHAKE 
1 c. lowfat yogurt, in a flavor to correspond with the fruit chosen
1/2 c. lowfat milk
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. sliced fresh fruit (such as strawberries, bananas, peaches)

In the container of an electric blender place yogurt, milk, honey and fruit. Cover and whirl until smooth, 1-2 minutes. Pour into 2 large glasses. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
