ROTEL CHICKEN 
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1 pkg. spaghetti, cooked in broth
1 c. onions
1 c. celery
1 lg. jar pimento
1/2 lb. cheese or 1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
2 cans English peas, drained
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and bake until onions and celery are cooked. Top with cheese. Cook 10 minutes longer. This makes a large amount. Use some now and freeze some for later use.
