BARBECUED MEATLOAF 
3/4 c. dry, seasoned stuffing mix
1 green onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 beaten egg
1/2 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash garlic
Dash oregano
Dash Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground chuck

Mix well. Beat or pound on table top to get air out until nice and firm. Shape into a loaf in a pan and cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees or 1 hour and 15 minutes.

SAUCE:

Remaining 1/2 can tomato sauce
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Stir ingredients together and spread on meat loaf before baking.
