CHICKEN AND POTATOES 
3 - 4 lb. (6 - 8 pieces) chicken, cut up
Seasoned salt
Onion salt
Pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. grated Romano
1/4 c. oil
6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
Salt and pepper

Wash and skin chicken. Pat dry; place in roasting pan. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, onion salt, pepper, parsley and oil. Shake pan to coat pieces evenly. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle with half the cheese. Add potatoes on top of chicken. Sprinkle potatoes with salt, pepper and rest of cheese. Cover and bake about 1 hour. Remove lid and continue to bake another 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft and beginning to brown.
