TWO CORNISH HENS 
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. onions
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. rice

Saute onions and celery in butter. Cook rice until tender. Add onions, celery and pineapples to rice. Stuff hen cavities lightly. Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Baste often with butter. Make sauce while hens bake.

Cook: 1/3 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. ginger

Cook until thick. Brush over hens. Allow to bake 20 minutes more, brushing soy mixture over often.
