BISTECCA CON FETTUCINI 
1 lb. filet of beef
1 c. Marsala wine
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 lb. fettucini noodles

Cut meat into bite size pieces, dip them in flour, then saute in hot melted butter until brown. Add Marsala wine and 1 cup water. Add mushrooms, also the salt. Add more water if necessary.

While doing this, throw fettucini into boiling water until al dente. Drain the pasta, put into platter. Pour sauteed beef and mushrooms over noodles. Serve while hot.
