ITALIAN TURKEY 
12 to 14 lb. turkey
1 (49 1/2 oz.) can Swanson Chicken Broth
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 (7 oz.) box Kellog's croutons
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 box sage leaves
Garlic salt

Heat broth, soup and butter until butter is melted. Remove from heat and add raw sausage, croutons, celery and onions. Rub inside of turkey with garlic salt and sage leaves. Put dressing mixture on top of the turkey, with turkey in a roaster. Add 2 cups of water. Cover with foil tent. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 hours. Remove meat from bones and mix together with dressing mixture in roasting pan. Serve on buns.
