SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. leaf spinach
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp
6 green onions with stem
1/2 lb. bean sprouts, drained
California onion dressing or sweet and sour dressing

Wash and thoroughly dry the spinach. Slice the mushrooms, eggs and green onions. Crumble the bacon. Add all ingredients to spinach. Add dressing as needed. An 8 oz. bottle should be enough. Serves 10.
