HOT DISH 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) egg noodles
1 (20 oz.) mixed vegetables, partially thawed
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. tuna or cooked, diced chicken
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt

Cook noodles, drain and return to pan. Add vegetables, soup, tuna, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and cheese.

Mix gently. Put in 13x9x2 baking pan or 2 smaller pans. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes or bake in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
