SLOPPY JOES 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. water
2 beet bouillon cubes
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

In skillet, brown meat with pepper and onion; drain fat. Add remianing ingredients except buns; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on buns. Leftovers can be refrigerated.
