DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BANANA LOAF 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped almonds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Combine bananas, butter, eggs and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Mix to blend. Add chocolate chips and almonds. Turn batter into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Remove from pan, cool on rack.
