CRESCENT VEGETABLE RING 
1 pkg. crescent rolls
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped broccoli
8 oz. cooked meat (ham, chicken or turkey or deli meat)
8 oz. Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice

Cook and drain broccoli. Stir in mustard, onion, lemon juice, butter and parsley. Make a ring of rolls on pizza pan with pointed ends out (may overlap). Spoon on broccoli mixture. Layer meat then cheese. Bring ends of rolls over and tuck in to cover forming a ring. Bake 10-15 minutes or until rolls are brown.
