SANGRIA 
1/2 lemon, sliced
1/2 orange, sliced
1/2 apple, cut in thin wedges
1/2 c. fine sugar
1 bottle dry red wine
2 oz. brandy
Club soda, chilled

Combine lemon, orange, apple and sugar in a large serving pitcher. Add brandy and wine and stir. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, add club soda to taste. Yields 24 ounce.
