ORIENTAL LETTUCE SALAD 
1 head lettuce, chopped fine
1 bunch green onions
1 pkg. Top Ramen noodles, broken into tiny pieces
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
Butter (2 tbsp.)

DRESSING:

1/4 c. rice vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt

Saute noodles in 2 tablespoons butter until brown. Add 2 tablespoons sesame seeds at last to brown. After browned, drain on paper towel and cool. Toss with lettuce and onions. Just before serving, add the dressing.
