OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 sm. pkg. Jello instant pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 c. raisins

Mix flour and soda; set aside. Combine butter, the sugars, and pudding mix in bowl. Beat until smooth. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, stir in oatmeal and raisins. Batter will be stiff. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
