ITALIAN CORNBREAD 
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. chopped green sweet pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. oil
1 sm. can cream style corn
1 sm. container sour cream
2 c. self-rising meal
1 1/2 hot peppers, chopped

Mix all ingredients together, stir until well blended. Bake at 450 degrees.
