PASTA SALAD 
8-12 oz. pasta (egg, spinach, and carrot)
1/2 med. red onion
1/2 med. red pepper, chopped
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. broccoli florets, sm.
1 diced tomato
1 med. zucchini or yellow squash
1 c. sliced mushrooms
10 lg. sliced olives
1/2 to 1 c. grated or finely chopped carrots

Mix with 6-8 ounces of herbal Italian dressing.
