1/4 lb. marshmallows (about 16)
1 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
2/3 c. mayonnaise

Melt marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler. Pour hot mixture over gelatin, stir until dissolved. Stir in cream cheese. Stir until cheese dissolves. Add pineapple and let mixture cool. Blend in whipping cream and mayonnaise. Chill until firm. 12 servings.
