ANISETTE COOKIES 
5 to 6 c. flour
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. anise oil
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Cream together: eggs, sugar, Crisco and milk. Add flour 1 cup at a time. Mix dough until soft. Rub hands with anise oil. Roll dough into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

ICING:

Powdered sugar, anise and cold milk.
