CAESAR SALAD 
2 sm. head Romaine lettuce
3 tbsp. garlic olive oil
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 lemon
1 (1 minute) coddled egg
Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. croutons

Drizzle oil, vinegar, lemon, egg over Romaine. Season with salt, a dash of Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Toss 6 to 7 hours. Add croutons. Toss once or twice.
