EASIEST CHICKEN EVER | |
1 fryer, cut into pieces 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (2 cans if you want lots of gravy) 1 c. onions, chopped 3-4 raw potatoes, chopped coarsely 1/2 c. rice, optional Place chicken in a large, greased casserole, in single layer. Top with onions, rice and potatoes. Pepper lightly. Spread soup over all. Cover and bake 1-1 1/2 hours (until rice is tender) at 350 degrees. Remove cover the last 15 minutes to brown. Makes its own gravy. |
