GOOEY CAKE

1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix all together and put in a 9"x13" pan.

1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs

Mix and pour over first mixture. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
