BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 lg. bag frozen broccoli & cauliflower
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 1/2 c. instant rice
1 (7 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Prepare vegetables as package states. Then drain, add soup, milk and rice. Blend together and bring to a boil. Then add Cheez Whiz. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
