CHOCOLATE MINT STICKS 
BASE:

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 sq. (1 oz. size) unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
1/2 c. sifted flour

FROSTING:

2 c. sifted powdered sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
Enough milk to spread

TOPPING:

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter

Melt together 1 stick butter and 2 squares chocolate. Add eggs, sugar and peppermint extract; blend well. Add flour. Spread in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. (Do not overbake or it gets dry). Cool.

Mix frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread over cooled layer and let stand a few minutes to get a crust on top.

Melt topping ingredients. Stir until blended. Spread over frosting. Chill, then cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
