Sand Tarts 
2 sticks melted butter
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream the butter with mixture of flour and sugar. Add vanilla and pecans. Shape into form of Brazil nut and bake at 300°F until brown. Roll in powdered sugar.
