SWEET AND SOUR CABBAGE 
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 med. pepper, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
2 sticks celery, diced; optional
1 grated carrot; optional
1/4 c. vinegar
6 pkg. artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Cook vegetables in microwave until tender crisp, stir once, about 4 1/2 minutes on high. Let stand covered while preparing vinegar. Cook vinegar to dissolve sweetener. Pour over vegetables. May be served hot or chilled as a salad.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
