SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 lb. ground pork, beef or chicken

SAUCE:

4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. white vinegar
4 tbsp. ketchup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
1 sm. can pineapple chunks, drained

Meatballs: Mix and shape into 1 inch balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Drain. Use now or freeze.

Sauce: Bring sugar, vinegar, ketchup and 1 cup water to boil. In small bowl mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water. Add to sauce. Bring sauce to boil, stirring until smooth and thick. Stir in pineapple. Add meatballs and heat through.

For appetizer serve in chafing dish. For main course serve over rice.
