FOUR LAYER DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 Hershey bar

Mix flour, pecans and butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool.

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip and spread over crust. Beat pudding and milk until smooth and set. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with rest of Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Refrigerate before serving. Shave Hershey bar on top.
