LASAGNA IN A POT 
1-2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 lb. jar spaghetti sauce mix
1 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese
3-4 c. uncooked brand noodles
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. can tomatoes
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground meat. Then layer as follows in a Dutch oven; meat (all), 1/2 spaghetti sauce mix, 1/2 all seasoning (basil, salt, and parsley), cottage cheese, uncooked noodles, remaining sauce mix and remaining spices. Pour tomatoes, tomato sauce, and 1 1/2 cup of water over the top. Cover; bring to a boil and simmer 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Let stand 10 minutes. Spoon out, dipping all the way to the bottom of the pan.
