1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. dry Sherry
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 oz. smoked, dried beef; chopped fine.
1/2 c. chopped green onion

Soften onion in Sherry. Add the rest of ingredients; mix well.
