1/4 tsp. salt 2 egg whites 1/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. white corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla Add salt to egg whites, beat until stiff. Gradually add sugar, beat stiff. Slowly add corn syrup, beat until it stands in stiff peaks. Never hardens. |
