MARSHMALLOW FROSTING 
12 large marshmallows
2 sq. chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
dash of salt
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

If not using a double boiler, you must stir nonstop.

In a double boiler, add marshmallows, chocolate, butter, water and salt. Stir to blend all ingredients when melted. Cool. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Let cool a little before using.
