HOLIDAY CRANBERRY RELISH 
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 lg. orange
2 apples
1 1/2 c. sugar

Wash and drain cranberries. Wash and slice orange and remove seeds. Wash, core and slice apples and remove seeds. Put cranberries, orange slices and apple slices in food grinder or blender. Mix in sugar. Store in glass container in refrigerator. Will keep up to 2 weeks, refrigerated.
