STIR AND ROLL BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cooking oil
2/3 c. milk

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Pour cooking oil and milk in measuring cup, but do not stir together. Stir with a fork until mixture cleans sides of bowl and rounds up into a ball. Smooth by kneading dough about 10 times with flour. Put on waxed paper and press out 1/4 inch thick. Cut with floured biscuit cutter. Bake 10-12 minutes in 475 degree oven.
