POPPY SEED OR APRICOT ROLL
(MAKES 2)
 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. warm milk
Dash salt
1 stick butter (melted)
2 eggs
2 or 2 1/4 c. flour

Dissolve milk and yeast. Mix all ingredients together and place in refrigerator overnight or several hours, roll out on floured surface, and spread one can of filling on each roll. Sprinkle with sugar and coconut if desired. Roll up and let rise fifteen minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for twenty minutes. Drizzle powdered sugar icing over warm rolls, sprinkle with coconut.
