JEWEL'S LEMON JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 stalk celery (chopped)
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 grated carrot
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix Jello with 1 cup hot water, add 1/2 cup cold water and pineapple with juice. Let congeal slightly in refrigerator. Add other ingredients and pour into slightly greased mold or bowl. Let congeal in refrigerator.
