MEATBALLS ITALIANO 
2 lbs. ground beef (lean)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. water
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
3 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan/Romano cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder/salt
1/2 or 1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

In large bowl combine beef, eggs, water. Mix remaining ingredients together and add to meat. Mix well and roll into balls.

Brown meatballs in skillet with small amount of oil or brown in oven at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes (ovens may vary). Add to spaghetti sauce and serve.
