CHEESE & MEATBALLS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 egg
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. minute rice
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 tsp. picante sauce
2 tsp. chopped green chilies

Combine first 9 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Shape into small balls. Place in 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown and cooked through. Combine cheese, picante sauce and green chilies in small saucepan. Simmer until heated through. Pour over meatballs in serving dish.
