HAM AND CHEESE SOUFFLE 
1 1/2 sticks butter
20 slices white bread, crusts removed
Velveeta cheese, sliced thinly
1 lb. ham, thinly sliced
5 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 1/2 c. milk
2 c. Rice Krispies
4 tbsp. melted butter

Spread both sides of bread with butter and place in a large greased casserole; enough to cover bottom of casserole. You may have to cut bread to fit into corners. Cover bread with a layer of sliced cheese, a layer of ham, bread, cheese, ham, bread on top.

Mix eggs, milk and mustard. Beat and pour over bread. Place in refrigerator overnight. Remove 1/2 hour before baking. Mix Rice Krispies with butter and put on top before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for a "good" 60 minutes. Remove and let set 15 minutes before serving. It will be juicy when removed from oven, but it will "set-up".
