CHICKEN HAWAIIAN 
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. salad oil
No. 2 can sliced pineapple with juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1+ garlic cloves, crushed
Boned and split chicken breasts
Pinch of ginger

Mix flour, nutmeg and ginger. Dip chicken breasts in the mixture, then brown them in the salad oil. Mix pineapple juice with soy sauce, sugar and garlic. Place chicken in baking dish and pour the juice mixture over it. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Before serving, fry the pineapple slices in butter and use for garnish.
