2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
5 or 6 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1 c. oil
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Put in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees until it springs back.
