HOT FRUIT 
1 orange
1 lemon
1-2 (8 oz.) can apricots
1-2 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1-2 (8 oz.) can sliced peaches
1-2 (8 oz.) can bing cherries
Nutmeg
2-3 tbsp. light brown sugar

Grate orange and lemon rinds into brown sugar. Cut orange and lemon into thin slices. Mix with other fruits that have been drained. (The number of cans of fruit you use depends upon your own personal taste.) Layer into a casserole. Sprinkle with the sugar and dashes of nutmeg. Repeat layers. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with sour cream topping.

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

8 oz. sour cream
1/4-1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. orange flavored liquor

Mix and serve with above.
