WING DINGS 
2-4 lb. chicken wings (tips removed)
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. ginger

Combine all ingredients except wings. Place wings in bowl and pour in mixture. Marinate 24-48 hours, tossing occasionally to make sure all wings are coated. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

HINT: To make an easy job of clean up, use a disposable broiler pan, as they do make a mess.
