HUNGARIAN BEEF STEW (Crock Pot) 
1/2 c. beef broth
1 c. whole tomatoes
2 lbs. lean stewing beef, cut into cubes
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
2 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 carrots, pared and sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 green pepper, cut in strips
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika

Place all ingredients except broth, paprika, salt and tomatoes, in crock pot. Mix beef broth, paprika, salt and tomatoes. Pour over top and stir to blend. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours. Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
