ALL PURPOSE SPICE BLEND 
5 tsp. onion powder
2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
1 1/4 tsp. crushed thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. freshly ground white pepper
1/4 tsp. celery seeds

Combine onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, mustard, thyme, white pepper and celery seeds. Mix well. Spoon into shaker. Makes about 1/3 cup; about.46 milligrams sodium per teaspoon.

NOTE: To temporarily prevent caking, add a few grains of uncooked rice to mixture and shake well.
