CHICKEN-MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. stewing chicken, cooked and deboned
2 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 qt. chicken broth
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
1 sm. jar pimento
5 tbsp. flour
1 pt. milk

Mix and heat all ingredients except the chicken and the macaroni, until the cheese is melted. Add the chicken and macaroni and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
