PEAS AND ASPARAGUS 
1 sm. can peas, drained
2-3 boiled eggs, sliced
1 sm. can asparagus cuts, drained
1 recipe White Sauce

Layer asparagus, peas and sliced eggs in small casserole dish. Pour White Sauce over all. Bake at 300 degrees until it simmers and thickens.

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Melt butter on heat in saucepan. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk all at once. Cook on medium heat stirring constantly until it starts to bubble and simmer. Pour over veggies.
