PEPPERONI - CHEESE SQUARES 
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 lb. pepperoni, cut into sm. pieces
8 oz. Muenster cheese, shredded (reserve 1/4)

Mix all ingredients together, except 1/4 of the cheese. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan lightly with Crisco. Pour in batter; sprinkle reserved cheese on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve warm.
